A Variation on Falafel:
Crumble your favorite Vermont Veggie Burger and stuff a pita bread.
Add cucumber slices, and plain yogurt mixed with your favorite spices.
(ex: lemon juice and zest, cumin, cilantro, parsley)
Enjoy yummy goodness!
