“I took my Vermont Veggie Burger beet burger out of the freezer and put it in a cast iron pan with a little olive oil. I turned it a few times and eventually cut it in half. I toasted two English muffins and then melted some shaved parmesan cheese in the muffins. I added cheese to the top of the beet burger halves and put a lid on top of the fry pan to melt the cheese.
The two halves of one beet burger fit perfectly on two English muffins making my lunch sliders, and I topped them off with Sriracha chili sauce.”
